For over a decade, Narcis Popa has documented weddings and celebrations across Hamilton, Burlington, and Dundas with a documentary-meets-fine-art approach — observing closely, directing sparingly, and letting the real story emerge on its own terms.

Burlington's waterfront brings its own atmosphere to a celebration. The lakefront at Spencer Smith Park offers a backdrop that shifts colour by the hour; the Royal Botanical Gardens provide layered natural depth that no studio wall can replicate. Over in Dundas, the intimate valley setting and the heritage character of the Carnegie Gallery add a quieter, more considered feel — couples who choose venues here tend to want photographs that reflect that same unhurried sense of place. Each location is treated on its own terms, not as interchangeable scenery.
